Your product was not showing up on the frontend because the products data’s indices was outdated.
I get the product showing on the frontend by just reindexing the data.
Normally, the indexers should be run automatically by cron.
As they had not been run in your case, looks like your cron is misconfigured, and you should reconfigure it.
