[AlphaCommerceHub] Where can a merchant find his `MerchantID` and `UserID` values?

I have got a response from the AlphaCommerceHub support:

My apologies, I sent you a screenshot of the admin view that I have, which is similar to the merchant view but with some fields omitted.
The UserID will only be present in the on boarding email or by contacting support.
