[AlphaCommerceHub] Where can a merchant find his `MerchantID` and `UserID` values?

In my experience, it is one of the most popular questions from merchants (they often forget it), so I always write my own instuction and show a link to it in my extenesions backend user interface.

I have got a response from the AlphaCommerceHub support:

This is available on their merchant configuration page within the hub.

But UserID field is absent from my merchant account:

My apologies, I sent you a screenshot of the admin view that I have, which is similar to the merchant view but with some fields omitted.
The UserID will only be present in the on boarding email or by contacting support.
