In which scenarios should the Magento module pass the `TerminalID` parameter to AlphaCommerceHub?

I have got a response from AlphaCommerceHub:

RG: Not foreseen at present.
TerminaID is typically required for customer present transactions.
It is not typically required for any CNP transactions
