What are the «Update on Save» («realtime») and «Update by Schedule» («schedule») indexers modes?

«Update on Save» («realtime») mode

The index tables are updated immediately after the dictionary data is changed.

«Update by Schedule» («schedule») mode

The index tables are updated by cron job according to the configured schedule.
