I have an issue, the shipping method is not displaying in cart and checkout page, but some times it loads, i set the shipping method flat rate enabled and set it to per order from admin.

I have an issue, the shipping method is not displaying in cart and checkout page, but some times it loads, i set the shipping method flat rate enabled and set it to per order from admin.

Can any one have faced same issue?
