Why is the Price Format extension not working for the backend products grid?

It is also not working in admin panel Catelog page.

It is resolved for Past order page.
But I found that issues still exists in admin panel (dashboard, Order Details and catalog page).

Can you resolve it for admin panel?

I have fixed it it the 1.0.7 version.
