Why does Magento 2 exclude the non-ASCII characters from the product URLs?

Hi

in product name if Write persian name like as نایکی in url not showing .

and There is a problem with the persian numbers in mgento 2 .

how to fix this issue ?

Magento 2 (and Magento 1.x) has never supported the non-ASCII characters in the product URLs.
So it is not a bug, it is lack of feature.
I have implemented this feature for Magento 1.x 6 years ago as an extension.
But I have not done such extension for Magento 2.
