Why is my multiple select product attribute not visible when I click on «Create Configurations»?

Hello,

I had a question about the attribute multiple select. So I’ve made a multiple select attribute and I’ve wanted to add it to my configurable product. But the attribute just doesn’t show if i click on “create configurations”.
