[Klarna][Checkout v2] Why does Klarna not show a cart contents to the Norway and Sweden based customers, but shows it to the all other customers?

Klarna Checkout does not show a cart contents to the Norway and Sweden based customers:

• Norway
• Sweden

But the same cart contents is shown to all the other customers:

• Austria
• Finland
• Germany

I have got an answer from the Klarna’s support:

It’s due to legal requirements.
