If your customer has opted for a Cash On Delivery shipment/payment, then the transaction is displayed in the Kassa Compleet portal under the method ‘Cash On Delivery’.
We cannot follow the status of this payment, this transaction is immediately given the status ‘complete’ in the Kassa Compleet portal.
