There could be various reasons for this:
- Your Kassa Compleet balance is lower than the amount that you wish to refund. You can only make refunds if you have enough funds in the Kassa Compleet;
- You have not been granted refund rights by your admin user. Your admin user can sort this out for you;
- You have already refunded the transaction. You cannot refund an amount higher than the original transaction amount. You can refund part of the transaction amount several times, as long as the total refund amount remains lower than the transaction amount.
