«Complete» means that the money is recorded in your balance and paid out or deducted in the next payout.
This status occurs in all transaction types. In the case of a sale transaction, you can dispatch the merchandise based on this status.
The payment method determines when the status «Complete» is reached:
- A sale transaction made using the iDEAL or credit card option (MasterCard, Visa, Maestro, V-PAY) is given the status «Complete» upon receipt of a positive response to the authorisation request;
- A sale transaction made using the Bank Transfer option is given the status «Complete» when the payment is received in the ING account and is identified as a Kassa Compleet transaction;
- Transactions of the types refund, correction and invoice are given the status «Complete» immediately after they are entered as New;
- Chargebacks are given the status «Complete» when it is decided to recoup the chargeback to
you.
