[Kassa Compleet] What does the transaction status «Complete» mean?

«Complete» means that the money is recorded in your balance and paid out or deducted in the next payout.
This status occurs in all transaction types. In the case of a sale transaction, you can dispatch the merchandise based on this status.
The payment method determines when the status «Complete» is reached:

  • A sale transaction made using the Bank Transfer option is given the status «Complete» when the payment is received in the ING account and is identified as a Kassa Compleet transaction;
  • Transactions of the types refund, correction and invoice are given the status «Complete» immediately after they are entered as New;
  • Chargebacks are given the status «Complete» when it is decided to recoup the chargeback to
    you.
