As I understand, there a 2 ways to set up a webhook for a transaction:

1. Permanently in the Portal

• Dynamically in a «POST /v1/orders/» request

Whether a dynamically provided webhook has a priority over the specified in the Portal?

It looks like a dynamic URL has priority, similar to Ginger Payments.
