I have registered a customer using the POST v2/customers API request:

Is any interface where can I see the registered customers?

You can consult a customer https://dev.moip.com.br/reference#consult-a-client
Você só pode consultar um cliente de cada vez. E para isso você tem que gaurd o código do cliente.

So, there is no merchant interface to see the customers.
