How to add a tab to a backend product view?

Hi guys,

How to add tab to edit product page using custom module. I try to use event like magento 1 but it doesn’t work. Can you help me?

I am not able to add the tab without url and ajax mean I want to add the tab without ajax.
When I am adding custom tab, content part is blank.
Please provide me the solution.
