We are already using iPay 88 in our Magento EE 1. For Magento EE 2 we will buy this extension for our enterprise project but before that we need to ensure that it will work properly. Need your help to fix this issue after that we can buy this extension.
It is my extension, and I define, when the customers should pay for it, not you.
And I have defined that the customers should pay before asking for a support.
If you do not agree with my licensing policy, then just remove my work (my software product) from your website.
