[PostFinance] My administration module shows several requested payments, but I haven't received any payment yet

The money is transferred to your bank account by your credit card acquirers. PostFinance does not have any influence on this because PostFinance is not always the collector. Should you have reason to believe your payment has been delayed, please contact your acquirers directly. Please note that some acquirers impose a “security period” on their merchants. This means that your first payment can be delayed for several weeks.
When the status of a transaction is “9 - Payment requested” this means that your acquirer has given positive feedback to PostFinance and will transfer the amount to your account. PostFinance is not in a position to determine when this will take place.
When the status of a transaction is “5 - authorised” this means an action is required from your side. An authorisation is only a reservation of the amount on your customer’s credit card account. An authorisation is not a payment. Please refer to the manual how to request a payment (data capture).
