[PostFinance] Can you erase a transaction from your system for us? We made a mistake when sending it.

ЮTo comply with the PCI’s (Payment Card Industry) rigorous security rules, we are prevented from removing records from our database, so we cannot erase a transaction from our system.
You may however cancel a transaction if you made a mistake, as long as you do this on the same day it was sent.
If the transaction is older, you have to request a refund of the transaction, either through your acquirer or the PostFinance back office, subject to your PostFinance account including the refund option.
Please note that maintenance operations - with the exception of e-payment requests - cannot be cancelled.
