Can I get a support for a Mage2.PRO extension without paying for the extension? (duplicate)

We want to install the extension and test and use until we are ready to go live. Our domain is dev-utilex.domain.com

My developer tried to install it form GitHub and here is what he says

Also the extension that we get from git repository is having some file missing so you have to contact the support. I also tried to install the extension by command line but it did not work

The free non-paying testers are on self-service.
