Unfortunately, «scid» is not shown in the Yandex.Kassa merchant interface.
But you can find it the Yandex.Kassa activation email from yamoney_shop@yamoney.ru address.
Set the «scid» value in the «Yandex.Kassa» extension’s settings section of your Magento 2 backend.
