I did not found any «delete» button / link for it.
Now I reported it as issue to the Magento Marketplace support.
The same issue:
I have got a response (in 40 days):
Each product you submit to Marketplace must have a unique package name.
If not, you will run into the error message you received.
So the answer is: it is impossible.
