[AlphaCommerceHub] What do the predefined «ACH Pay Page», «blep», «default», «SP Pay test» pay pages mean, and which exactly should a merchant specify in the Magento 2 backend?

I have got an answer from the AlphaCommerceHub support:

A pay page URL will be provided in the activation email to the merchant, the pages you can currently see are there for testing purposes.
