The «iDeal», «Inpay», «Safetypay», «Direktuberweisung», «Direct Debit/ACH (eCheck in US)», «Inicis», «Skrill», «99Bill», «CUP (GZ/Gnete)» payment options is listed in the payment options table in the documentation, but absent from the «Payment Methods» dropdown in a merchant interface’s pay page screen:

I have got a response from the AlphaCommerceHub support:

They are yet to be implemented for the HPP and are only available via the API at present.
