The «Show Merchant Logo» option is available in a merchant interface’s pay page screen in the «Configuration» block:
But I do not see there can I set a logo:

I have got a response from the AlphaCommerceHub support:
The logo is uploaded by our support staff, I’ve uploaded a logo for your account in UAT so that you have something there.
There is no merchant upload feature at present.
