[AlphaCommerceHub] What credentials to use for POLi Payments testing?

The first POLi Payments screen shows «iBank AU 01» as the only value of the «Select your bank» dropdown:

After clicking the «Continue» button the next POLi Payments screen asks for iBank credentials :

Please enter your iBank username and password and click ‘Login’

So what credentials to use?
