A dash in a city name should be replaced with a space, is it correct?
Milton-Freewater, Oregon.

A parent question is: Are the address fields (Street1, Street2, City, Zip, State) really alphanumeric?

Yes for now please escape with a space. Opening a ticket to allow dash and fullstop in city name but this will take some time
