[AlphaCommerceHub] How to diagnose `1003` / «Request failed, technical error» API response?

Where can a merchant find a meaningful explanation of such response?

1003s are flagged internally by Alpha for investigation. Clients would contact their support contact for resolution.

Yes:
If an API client passes an invalid value for the TransactionType parameter, then AlphaCommerceHub responds with a generic message 1003 / «Request failed, technical error» instead of a more meaningful message like «Invalid TransactionType»
