I want to install and test your extension in my development and QA environment and my website url will be like https://example.dev.mydomain.us/shop, https://example.qa.mydomain.us/shop.

Will the unlimited license is applicable for performing testing in the above mentioned domains?

You should provide the real concrete URLs instead of mydomain.us and and example, and then I will decide it.

Please consider the real url’s for my dev and qa environment, also please note that my url’s doesn’t have public access since its in development and we are accessing it using VPN connection.
