«Special Price» and «Сost» are set to `0` on a product save

Hi Dmitry,

Now I can save price with thousand separator format (as attachment 20180831-01). However it will auto set my product special price and cost to 0 (as attachment 20180831-02). Also I can’t clear product special price and cost.

Fixed in the 1.1.1 version.
