Dengi Online is a cheat service. We use their service to receive money on our website, but they do not transfer money to us.

I estimate the probability ratio «Dengi Online is a cheater» / «Stella Yan’s website is a cheater» as 1 / 20.000.
Interestingly, it leads me to a logical conclusion that it would be nice to ban Stella Yanon my forum because of so high cheating probability.
