«Cancelled» means that the transaction is not processed.
This is the final status; any transaction with the status «Cancelled» can no longer be given any other status. This status occurs in the following transaction types:
- The status «Cancelled» applies in sales transaction when the response to a request for authorisation is negative or in a time-out;
- A transaction of the chargeback type is given the status «Cancelled» when it is decided that you are not to be charged for the chargeback.
