Can I get a support if I have not paid for a Mage2.PRO extension?

When you are using my extension on the terms of the Mage2.PRO payment extensions testing policy, then you are supporting yourself, and you should have enough skills for such testing.
I support only the paid customers only and provide a free installation service to the paid customers only.

Yes, we are using paid version of your Mage2pro extension. The account that we used to buy the extension is "allard_marc@hotmail.com".

We cannot use this account to login on your webboard that’s why we use our own social login.

So, you have no suggestion of this issue even we are your customer?
