Should I follow the reporting rules, or I can ignore them?

Hello Dmitry Fedyuk,

We have purchased Ipay88 extension for Magento 2, we already using iPay88 in Magento1 also. We have integrated successfully but facing issue like we have changed increment id’s for order i.e. MY1709250004 so getting error like, alphanumeric value not allowed. But in Magento 1 we are using alphanumeric values can you please fix it for us. Thanks.
