I want to provide an ability to my customers to pay only a part of their orders with Stripe, and then pay the rest with cash on delivery (COD) or with the Unified Payments Interface of India (UPI)

i want same order and same address with different transaction like
i have $500 products in cart and in payment method selection i will pay $300 using any payment gateway and rest $200 from COD/UPI so how ??

Yes, I can implement this feature for my Stripe module.

It will cost $990 and will take 1 week for the cash on delivery case.
For the Unified Payments Interface of India case, you will need an extra «Unified Payments Interface of India» module for Magento 2. I can implement it with my payment modules implementation service.
